The Cedar Lake Historical Association invites you to an afternoon at the lake at The Museum at Lassen’s Resort. Join professionals and volunteers from preservation and historical organizations to learn, brainstorm, and network.
We look forward to meeting with you in The Dining Room at Lassen’s Resort, our multi-functional space for gatherings and exhibition, rebranded in 2025. The culinary artists of ReMix Catering, our new food and beverage service partner, will provide lunch. Choose from Lassen’s Lemon Pasta (lemon pesto, pancetta, peppers, herbs, shaved parmesan over gnocchi) or Cedar Lake Fried Chicken (with mashed potatoes, gravy, buttermilk biscuit, and sweet corn spoon bread). All meals will include a garden salad and shortbread dessert layered with strawberry compote and fresh whipped cream.
